We are excited to introduce our latest updates for Mendi App. In response to users' suggestions and needs, we are releasing version 2.0, featuring a new dark mode setting, and a unique Cyclic Sighing Breathing Exercise.
Here's what's new in Mendi 2.0:
Dark Mode: Based on popular demand, we're incorporating Dark Mode to align with the iOS System-Wide settings. Designed to reduce eye strain in low-light conditions, this enhanced viewing experience provides an alternative to our standard, light display. Users can seamlessly switch between using the app in regular mode to Dark Mode as per their personal preference.
Cyclic Sighing Breathing Exercise: With the intention of enabling users to experience deeper relaxation and tranquility, we've added the Cyclic Sighing Breathing Exercise. This feature is designed to prepare your mind for the Mendi Neurofeedback Training by promoting stress relief and aiding in the achievement of a calming state. We believe that this feature will be a great addition to your mindfulness routine.
Additionally, we've made some performance tweaks and squashed a few bugs for a smoother, more efficient Mendi experience.

Introducing our latest release with a new flat, modern, and minimalistic design, allowing quick viewing of metrics at a glance, and relocating the Daily Streak to the top left corner for improved visibility. Exciting upcoming updates are on the horizon to enhance your experience.
We have changed the name of ‘Resilience’ to ‘Oxygenation’ to more accurately reflect the overall blood flow and oxygenation during the neurofeedback session.

This is a minor release with small fixes to make the app experience even more enjoyable.
- You can now view a specific day by tapping on it in the history list.
- Tapping the dots underneath the Mendi Score will return you to the current day.
- Fixed some text clipping issues on small devices.
- Fixed a bug where the "start training" button would disappear if the app was open overnight.
We've also added some simple questions to the onboarding flow for new users. This lets us do some basic cohort analysis of the neurofeedback data we collect to further improve the product.
